For each Pre-Order of a Neon Dynasty Booster Box (Draft, Set or Collectors) or 6 Pre-Release Kits will qualify your order for promotional materials.
Buy-a-Box promos will be given out on a first come first serve basis, 1 per customer per unique address while supplies last.
Orders eligible for promotional material that do not receive a Buy-a-Box Promo after we run out will receive a Set Booster Pack per each qualifying box or 6 Pre-Release Kits instead.
In the event there are product allocations or logistics issues that prevent the timely arrival of promotional materials, alternate packs from the same set may be used instead at the same ratio without any adjustment for difference in price.
