Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy does NOT apply to single trading cards.
Please see the Singles Sales – Final Sale Policy section below.

To be eligible for a return on qualifying items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@redriotgames.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Singles Sales – Final Sale Policy

All single trading cards are FINAL SALE.

Due to the subjective nature of card condition and grading expectations, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on single cards, except in cases where:

  • You receive the wrong card, or

  • The card arrives with significant damage incurred during shipping that was not present at time of sale

Requests based on personal dissatisfaction, grading expectations, or subjective assessment of condition will not be accepted.


Singles Condition & Grading Expectations

All single cards sold by Red Riot Games (RRG) are evaluated and listed using industry-standard condition guidelines, not professional grading scales.

Near Mint (NM) Condition

Cards listed as Near Mint (NM) are in excellent overall condition but:

  • Near Mint does NOT mean Gem Mint

  • NM cards may show minor, acceptable imperfections, including:

    • Light edge or corner wear

    • Minor surface marks visible only under certain lighting

    • Slight centering variance

These are normal within NM standards and do not constitute defects.

No Gem Mint Guarantee

  • Singles sold as NM are not guaranteed to achieve Gem Mint grades (PSA 10, BGS 10, CGC 10, etc.).

  • Professional grading is subjective and outside our control.

  • Purchasing singles with the intent to grade assumes inherent risk by the buyer.

Failure to achieve a desired grade is not grounds for a return or refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrives damaged due to shipping

We will evaluate the issue and make it right where applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Single trading cards

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on single cards.

For eligible non-single items, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if approved) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Where required by law for EU shipments, eligible non-single merchandise may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition.

This statutory right does not override the final-sale status of single trading cards, except where legally required.


Factory Sealing, Shipping & Liability

Scuffs, tears, rips, or cosmetic imperfections in factory shrink wrap are normal and expected and do not qualify for compensation.

Red Riot Games is not responsible for:

  • Duties or taxes incurred during shipping

  • Customs inspections or opened packages

  • Orders marked as delivered but lost or stolen

If theft is a concern, please request card pickup in the checkout notes.
